1. Who we are

Linvere (“Linvere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a women’s functional health coaching brand founded by Renata Lin and based in the United States. This policy applies to linvere.com, the forms on it, and the emails we send. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, such as our social media profiles, which have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request our free guide or join our community newsletter, we collect:

  • First name and email address (required), so we can send you the guide and our emails.
  • What you’d most like to improve (optional), such as sleep, energy or perimenopause. See Consumer health data below.
  • Your email preferences, including whether you agreed to receive our newsletter.
  • 1:1 coaching applications: if you apply for coaching, your name, email, age range, main focus and your answers about how you're feeling and your goals, which may include health information you choose to share. We use them only to review your application and prepare for your discovery call.
  • Discovery call bookings are made through Cal.com, which receives the details you enter when booking and handles them under its own privacy policy.
  • Anything you choose to send us when you email hello@linvere.com or any other Linvere address.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form, we record the date and time, your IP address and your browser type (user agent). We use this to keep our forms secure, prevent spam and abuse, and keep a record of your sign-up and consent. Our hosting providers also keep standard technical server logs (for example, IP address, pages requested and time of the request) for security and reliability.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on linvere.com, and we do not collect payment information on this site.

3. How we use your information

  • To send you the free guide you requested and give you access to it.
  • If you joined our community or agreed to our newsletter, to send you emails about women’s health, recipes, rituals, programs and free resources.
  • To personalize the content we share with you, based on what you told us you’d like to improve.
  • To reply to your messages and questions.
  • To keep the site and our emails secure, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems.
  • To comply with the law and honor your privacy choices, such as keeping a record that you unsubscribed.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Consumer health data

The optional question “What would you like to improve?” and the answers in a 1:1 coaching application may reveal information about your health, such as sleep, digestion, stress or menopause status. Some state laws (including Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law) treat this as consumer health data. For this information specifically:

  • It is optional or consent-based. You can leave the guide question blank and still receive the guide, and coaching applications ask for your explicit consent. By submitting, you consent to us collecting it for the purpose below.
  • Purpose: only to tailor the content and program information we send you, and to review coaching applications.
  • Sharing: we do not sell it or share it with third parties, other than the service providers that host our site and database (listed below), which process it only on our behalf.
  • Your control: you can ask us at any time to see it, change it or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@linvere.com.

Please do not send us sensitive medical information (such as diagnoses, test results or medications) through our forms or by email.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Linvere, under terms that limit their use of it to providing services to us:

  • Vercel — hosts and delivers the pages of linvere.com.
  • Railway — hosts our application server and the database where sign-ups are stored.
  • ImprovMX — sends our emails and forwards messages sent to @linvere.com addresses.
  • Cal.com — schedules free discovery calls for 1:1 coaching.
  • Google — our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety or property of Linvere, our community or others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

6. Cookies and tracking

linvere.com does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels. Our emails do not contain open-tracking pixels or click-tracking links. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of; we also honor browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.

7. Emails and how to unsubscribe

After you sign up, we send you an email with your guide or a welcome to our community. If you agreed to our newsletter, we may send you occasional emails about women’s health, recipes, programs and resources.

Every email we send includes an Unsubscribe link. One click stops our marketing emails, and we process your request right away. You can also reply to any email with “unsubscribe” or write to hello@linvere.com. After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list so we can respect your choice. We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

8. How long we keep information

  • Subscriber information (name, email, preferences, optional answer): for as long as you are subscribed or until you ask us to delete it.
  • After you unsubscribe: we keep only what is needed to honor your choice (your email address and the fact that you unsubscribed), unless you ask us to delete your information completely.
  • Sign-up records (date, IP address, browser type): kept with your subscriber record to document consent and protect against abuse, and deleted together with it.
  • Emails you send us: kept as long as needed to respond to you and for our records.
  • Server logs held by our hosting providers are kept according to their own retention schedules.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to our subscriber database, and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Withdraw consent or opt out of marketing emails at any time;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, and receive your data in a portable format;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@linvere.com from the address you signed up with (or tell us that address). We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on your request. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof that you authorized them. We respond within 45 days (or the shorter period your local law requires). If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject line, and we will respond to your appeal within the time required by law.

11. California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the rights described above, including the right to know, delete and correct your personal information. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, from you and from your device, for the purposes described in this policy: identifiers (name, email address, IP address); internet activity (browser type and technical log data); and information you choose to share about your wellness goals. We disclose these categories only to the service providers listed in section 5. We have not sold or shared personal information (as those terms are defined by California law) and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of consumers under 16. We use the optional wellness answer only for the limited purposes permitted by law.

12. Visitors outside the United States

Linvere is based in the United States and our service providers store information in the United States. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with data protection laws, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: your consent (for our emails and your optional wellness answer, which you can withdraw at any time); performance of your request (to deliver the guide you asked for); and our legitimate interests (to keep our site secure and prevent abuse). You have the rights listed in section 10, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

13. Children

linvere.com is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years old. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact privacy@linvere.com and we will delete it.

14. Not medical advice

Linvere provides health coaching and educational content. We are not a healthcare provider, and the information on this site and in our emails is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Linvere is not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. Always consult your physician before making changes to your health routine.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, such as starting to use your information in a new way, we will notify subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
